Tenant Screening
We have a very thorough tenant screening process. In addition to the standard background and credit checks, we verify applicant employment status, history, and rate of pay directly with employers; and we verify applicant residential history and rent paid, directly with current and former landlords.
LEASING
After the thorough screening process, we handle any necessary negotiations and execute the final lease terms. We continue to work with the tenant throughout the lease term to collect rents and handle any maintenance concerns that may arise.
RENT COLLECTION
We offer a variety of ways for tenants to pay their rent. Rent can be paid online through our website or can be dropped off at our office either during business or hours or after with our secure drop box.
MAINTENANCE
In addition to our Leasing services, we can provide ongoing maintenance for your property. Tenants can reach us with a maintenance request by calling our office or emailing our Maintenance Team. Our maintenance team will communicate with our clients to determine the best solutions.
DILIGENT ACCOUNTING
Monthly we send our investor clients a detailed statement showing all income and expenses. Any invoices are provided for maintenance work. We work closely with a local bookkeeping firm to provide accurate records.
